Manchester City attacker Sergio Aguero is optimistic about his side securing a historic quadruple following Saturday's FA Cup win over Swansea. The Argentine forward came off the bench to score twice in the quarterfinal tie as the Citizens run away with a controversial 3-2 victory at Swansea.
City was made to endure a tough test after the hosts struck twice in the first 29 minutes. However, Pep's side turned up the gear in the second-half with Bernardo Silva instigating the turnaround with a goal in the 69th.
A controversial penalty was then awarded City. The resulting spot kick was missed by Sergio Aguero although his effort ended up in the back of the net after fortuitously hitting the foot of Swansea goalkeeper.
The 30-year-old Argentine striker subsequently completed the comeback with yet another contested goal from an offside position.
Manchester City still on course to win four trophies this season.
