Already-qualified Portugal will be trying to lock in the top place in Group H when they go against South Korea at the 2022 World Cup on Friday. Fernando Santos's men need a point to finish at the top of the section, while South Korea require to overpower the European country to have a chance of advancing to the round of 16.
South Korea started their Group H campaign with a goalless tie against Uruguay on November 24 before experiencing a 3-2 loss to Ghana in their second match at the contest on Monday. South Korea are third in the section by one point and can still qualify for the knockout round of the competition. But they are in the argument at this stage, and the fact that Portugal has already qualified could work in their favour on Friday.
