Arsenal is reportedly keeping an eye on Athletic Bilbao winger Nico Williams, according to noted writer Fabrizio Romano, who made this assertion in a recent interview with Caught Offside. "Chelsea included Nico Williams in their list last summer, and Arsenal have also sent their scouts to follow Nico Williams of Athletic Bilbao multiple times," Romano stated.
