Arsenal could be involved in a swap deal with Brighton

Brighton has expressed interest in Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah and might call upon the Gunners for a swap deal for Yves Bissouma. Seagulls survived in the Premier League by finishing 16th this season and would participate in their fifth successive season now. While their win tally was third lowest this season with just 9 wins they are looking at improving the squad this summer. Neal Maupay was the team’s top scorer this season with just 8 goals and had a conversion rate of only 16 percent.

Thus Brighton is eyeing Nketiah this summer with just 17 league appearances this term, he has played 413 minutes. The England Under-21 international is a good target for the team. On the other hand, Mali international Bissouma had 36 appearances and he was being targeted by Liverpool as well but Arsenal might have won that race.
