The Nigerian star has subsequently discussed how close he was to sign with the Gunners earlier in his career before the deal fell through, but he hasn't ruled out moving to England in the future.

After Arsenal planned a January deal for the winger, the 23-year-old's remarkable 11 goals this season have increased the possibility of a move to a larger club.
