Aston Villa is keen on putting forth an offer to Arsenal's playmaker Emile Smith Rowe for the second time in a row. However, out of their fate Arsenal is not adamant to offer their midfielder for sale. Earlier this month, a £25m offer was initiated by Aston Villa which was rejected by Arsenal. Still, the Lions are keen on signing the 20-year-old footballer. Smith Rowe has had a fantastic breakout season at Arsenal following an increase alongside Mikel Arteta mid-season, scoring four goals and recording eight assists.
This summer, Villa has already completed a club record £36 million transfer for Emi Buendia from Norwich, as well as a return for Ashely Young, with Dean Smith keen to add to his attacking options. Moreover, Man City line up a £100m deal for Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish, but the Villians are keen on retaining their captain.
