Aubameyang-Dembele swap deal proposed

Ousmane Dembele for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. This is the option that, according to 'The Independent', Barcelona have received from people acting as middle men between Barca and Arsenal.

The team which Xavi Hernandez now coaches needs a goal, although it's true that Dembele, when injuries have let him, has been the best that has been seen up to now at Barca.

Aubameyang is not at all comfortable at Arsenal, where it is known he will not stay next year. The Gabonese striker has had his run ins with Mikel Arteta, who left him out of the squad recently for ill discipline and has even lost the captaincy.

Dembele's contract expires on 30th June and, at the moment, he has yet to reach an agreement to renew. That said, if he leaves for free, it does not seem like Arsenal will be his first option.
