Barca cruised by Juventus in Champions League

Lionel Messi’s Barca emerged victorious over Juventus whose lineup did not feature Cristiano Ronaldo, the top scorer in the history of the competition with 130 goals after he tested positive for the coronavirus, his absence caused the Italian giants 2-0 thumping at home at the hands of Barcelona. Messi helped Ousmane Dembele to score the first goal of the match to give Barca a lead in Turin and smashed in a second himself off a penalty spot in stoppage time. While Juventus played the last five minutes without Merih Demiral with two yellow cards, Alvaro Morata tried his best to score thrice but were ruled out by being offside. Barca now climbs to the top of Group G with 6 points and Juve ended up on three.
