Barcelona cannot officially sign Sergio Aguero, Eric Garcia and Memphis Depay

The financial trouble the La Liga giants are facing is well known but adding to that problem they have crossed La Liga's strict salary limit as well. The new problem thus creates a problem for Barcelona who cannot register new signings like Sergio Aguero, Eric Garcia, and Memphis Depay for the upcoming season. Thus Barca needs to sell some more players to make way for new signings which adds even more pressure on Lionel Messi’s deal. The Argentina superstar has entered free agency now after his contract with Barcelona ended last month. Though the star has decided to stay at Camp Nou no official contract has been signed yet, he would even take a pay-cut along with other heavyweights.

Koeman is reshaping the squad to comply with norms and as per reports Junior Firpo could move to Leeds United for £13million, Francisco Trincao is heading for a loan with Wolves. Other ways to cut costs could include Samuel Umtiti, Philippe Coutinho, and Miralem Pjanic.
