Barcelona has their sight on Bernardo Silva

Barcelona has been eyeing a new defender and it is most likely that Jules Kounde from Sevilla will be joining the team soon. Barca is in the race with Chelsea who is also very keen on hiring the services of the starlet. If Barcelona manages to sign Kounde, they still do not intend on ending their spree and would be possibly trying to hire Bernardo Silva for their side.

Silva from Manchester City is one of the favorite players for the La Liga club and it's evident that they would prefer him to be a direct replacement for Frenkie de Jong. Xavi has been pretty impressed with the player's skills and gameplay in recent years with Manchester United and he feels that he would be the perfect replacement for Frenkie, as he would be able to keep up to the standards of the departing player.
