Barcelona join the race to sign young german gem

Meanwhile, some clubs have shown direct interest in securing his signature. Hertha Berlin confirmed that they might agree to sell the player for an offer of at least 20 million euros.

Eichhorn, who plays as a central midfielder, is considered the youngest player to participate in the history of the German second division since his debut as a professional in the second round. Since then, he has become a key player for the team and also represents Germany at the under-17 level.
