Based on his average of 0.9 shots, 1.0 interceptions, 1.1 clearances, 1.6 shots, 0.6 critical passes, and 0.6 dribbles per game in the Premier League, the Madrid-born star has been a reliable performer in the centre of the park. 

In the summer of 2027, Rodri's current contract with Man City will come to an end. Therefore, if Barca wants to have any chance of keeping his services for the upcoming season, they will need to put together a sizable financial offer. At the moment, Rodri is at the peak of his game, making him an excellent target for the Catalan giants to pursue him.
