Barcelona set to bring back Neymar to the club

Neymar was set to sign an extension contract with Paris Saint-Germain until their champions league season ended early and the runner-ups were kicked out of the semi-finals. Barcelona now allots most of its budget to bring Neymar back to Barcelona. The Brazillian is stalling signing the contract with PSG and no official announcement has been made that he has signed the deal with PSG.

The team was close to their maiden European trophy last year but lost to Bayern Munich in the end and this year did not even make it to the grand finals. Barcelona is stretched thin as they also work on Lionel Messi’s renewal contract and signing of Erling Haaland. The Spanish giants are hoping to bring back the Brazilian for around 100 million euros which would the maximum amount they can pay at the moment.
