Barcelona’s Sergino Dest to stay at Camp Nou

Putting an end to the exit rumors once and for all, the only Barcelona's ‘Ronald Koeman’ signing that impressed last season would stay put at Camp Nou. Sergino Dest impressed many with his footwork last season which made him the center of the rumor mill and linked him with Bundesliga Champions Bayern Munich this summer. But the defender would stay put as Koeman also has ‘Big Plans’ for the versatile player. 

Currently, Blaugrana’s defence is lopsided at the moment with three right-backs in form of Sergi Roberto, Emerson Royal, and Dest but on the left side, they can only rely on Alba. While Alejandro Balde could be called upon if need be but having a player like Dest on the squad who can fill in for Alba like he did last season would be a dream for Barcelona who would make a play for the title next season.
