Bayer Leverkusen celebrates a 4-1 victory over Hoffenheim

The unbeaten run of Leverkusen was extended with a double net by Jamaican Leon Bailey who helped their rout of 4-1 over Hoffenheim to travel to the top of the table for the first time after a gap of six years. Within four minutes of the match Bailey struck a goal past Hoffenheim keeper Oliver Baumann, from outside the box, the sticker later struck again like thunder to score his 4th goal for Leverkusen from 30-metre back working off a pass from Andrej Kramaric. Leverkusen's squad was injury-ridden and missing great players but even still managed to stick to its winning ways.

Though they did concede once to Christoph Baumgartner who was left unmarked and curled in a goal in the 50th minute. Florian Wirtz but restored their lead five minutes later. Lucas Alario also got in on the scoresheet to seal their win.
