We witnessed one of the greatest Bundesliga games of the season yesterday where two German heavyweights put their best foot forward to overthrow the other but the gripping match, unfortunately, ended in a 3-3 tie. The six-goal thriller was exciting and frustrating at the same time. Emil Forsberg’s skillful pass to Christopher Nkunku set up the first goal for RB Leipzig working around Jerome Boateng and Manuel Neuer. Jamal Musiala later scored for Bayern firing off Kingsley Coman’s pass and four minutes later Thomas Müller gave Bavarians an impermanent lead before Justin Kluivert fired to tie the game at 2-2 before the second half.
Bayern Munich back-line though failed to impress with Benjamin Pavard, Boateng, Niklas Sule, and David Alaba. Emil Forsberg later put RB Leipzig ahead and made Bayern Munich run for its money until Müller scored a double to rescue the team. All the other Bundesliga clashes ended in draws except for Arminia Bielefeld’s 2-1 win over Metz.
