Bayern Munich is close to claiming their 9th title in Bundesliga

Bayern took control early on at Allianz Arena with goals by Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting and Joshua Kimmich against Bayer Leverkusen and posted a 2-0 win against the team on Tuesday while their competition RB Leipzig were stunned by relegation-threatened Cologne. Bayern took advantage of their failure to take a 10 point lead at the top of Bundesliga and strengthen their chances of winning the title for the 9th time with just four more matches left in the current campaign.

Though the clean win was not enough for Flick to stay with the team and shared the news he would be leaving the team at the end of the season. Still, the team nonetheless dominated on the field to take the win.
