Silvio Berlusconi, president of Monza, is the latest proof that promises are meant to be kept. In December of last year, around Christmas, the leader of this Italian team left a daring proposal to his players, which involved a gift.
At the time, Berlusconi promised "to take a bus full of p..." to the locker room if Monza beat a big Italian club such as Juventus or AC Milan. Well, on Sunday the players did their part and beat Juventus on their visit to Turin.
Silvio Berlusconi revealed however that he has already received dozens of calls to fulfill the promise. "I've already received about 100 calls asking me to keep my word", said the Italian leader, in statements to the newspaper La Repubblica.
