Betis ended in a goalless draw with Real Madrid at Bernabeu

Bale is bidding adieu to Real Madrid this summer. He has won the Champions League four times during his nine years in Spain. Karim Benzema twice went close to breaking the deadlock in the closing stages. This was the last match for Real Madrid before the finals of the Champion’s League against Liverpool that ended in a goalless draw against rivals Real Betis. 

Carlo Ancelotti had brought together a powerful team for his side’s last La Liga match of the season. Bale and Marcelo will be leaving Real Madrid this summer when their contract expires. Benzema had his first real opening in the second half and connected well with Dani Carvajal's cross but the goal went straight at Betis goalkeeper Rui Silva. Joaquin should have scored in the 86th minute but that didn’t happen.
