Erling Haaland again led Borussia Dortmund to a 2-0 win against Wolfburg with a brace on Saturday. The black and yellow team is slowly closing in to the top four finish on the back of the Norwegian international who is breaking goalscoring records. Haaland’s double now takes his tally to 38 goals from 41 matches and matches the record of legendary Hamburg SV striker Uwe Seeler for reaching 38 goals quickly.
He is also the first 20-year-old to score 38 league goals. He broke the away record as well held by Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang for the club with his 16 away goals this season. And this was his 10th double goal haul. With such a powerful player by their side, Dortmund has scored at least once in 43 matches this season.
