Borussia Dortmund vs Augsburg 2-1 at Bundesliga

After Andi Zeqiri's first-half strike, Dortmund's hunt for a first league clean sheet continues. Raphael Guerreiro netted a penalty and Julian Brandt added a second on either side of half-time. Guerreiro's penalty kick gave Dortmund the lead in the 10th minute after Donyell Malen was fouled in the area. 10 minutes before the break, Augsburg equalized when Zeqiri, on loan from Brighton, reacted fastest to fire home the rebound after Arne Maier's long-range drive had hit the crossbar.

After a brilliant counter-attack featuring Marius Wolf and Marco Reus was finished off by a clever strike from Brandt six minutes after the break, the hosts went back in ahead. Dortmund squandered chances to win the game in the second half, with Reus and replacement Thorgan Hazard both hitting the woodwork, but they hung on to move a point behind champions Bayern Munich.
