Bouanga battled by several European clubs

He plays primarily on the left side of a trident attack, but can also work on the right, as he is right-footed.

Saint-Etienne bought him from Nimes last summer for €4.5m and he certainly made an impact this season, with 12 goals and five assists in 35 competitive appearances.

The Gabon international has also attracted interest from Carlo Ancelotti’s Everton, Stade Rennais and Real Betis.

It’s believed the price-tag is in the region of €10m.
