Brighton & Hove Albion fight back to draw against Wolverhampton

Captain Lewis Dunk’s header got Brighton & Hove Albion a 3-3 Premier League draw to Wolverhampton Wanderers at home. He finally managed to do it after they had conceded three times in the first half on Saturday.

Aaron Connolly gave Brighton an early lead.  But Romain Saiss equalized with a header by Dan Burn. He was the one who scored his own goal. Whereas, Ruben Neves converted a penalty. By halftime, this penalty put Wolves in command.

Neal Maupay’s penalty straight after the interval accorded Brighton hope. Further,  Dunk then led in a Leandro Trossard cross. That too in the 70th minute of an exciting game on the south coast.

It almost got way better for Brighton as Trossard ran through to score afterward.  But his effort was disallowed for a foul. Owen Otasowie should have succeeded at it even at the death for Wolves.
