Bundesliga: Bayern Munich scored five goals against hapless Freiburg

Bayern Munich scored five goals against hapless Freiburg on Sunday and jumped into second place in the league. The champions are on 19 points, one ahead of Freiburg, who suffered their second league loss and four behind leaders Union Berlin, who defeated Borussia Dortmund 2-0. Serge Gnabry scored in the first minute after Freiburg goalkeeper Mark Flekken had parried a close-range shot by Leroy Sane in the 13th minute.

The champions dominated the possession and increased the pressure with forward Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting after shaking off Matthias Ginter and stitching a low shot inside the far post for his first league goal of the season. Sane did a better job two minutes later, firing a great left-footed shot past Flekken to make it 3-0. Marcel Sabizter's 80th-minute amazing goal finished Bayern's feat.
