Burnley wins against Everton, safe from EPL Relegation Zone

In the way to stay clear of the relegation zone of Premier League, Burnley claimed three points with a 2-1 win against Everton which has put the aspired top four in a dilemma. The evening kick-off by Burnley began only four points clear of Fulham who is 3rd from the bottom, but they won because of the goals earned in the first half by Chris Wood and Dwight McNeil. The header before half-time given by Dominic Calvert-Lewin was a chance for Everton to turn the game but after the break, Burnley defended very well which then left little impact.

Burnley started very positively and it went better for them when McNeil produced a strike to double the lead while getting involved in the opener of his side. Currently, Burnley is at 15th position in EPL with 33 points, that is, 7 ahead of Fulham.
