Following a 4-2 aggregate win against Napoli, Barca could come into the tie in the 16th round. However, the Catalan side could only reach the second placed La Liga finish, having failed to win four of their past 11 games post restart, including a shock home loss to Osasuna the previous month. Friday night’s fixture would feature two of the most prolific attackers- Robert Lewandowski and Lionel Messi facing each other in the semi-finals. Lionel is in a great form while Lewandowski’s outstanding career reflects no signs of slowing down. The same can be said about Messi as well.
