Chelsea are putting in a hefty offer to sign Inter Milan’s Andre Onana

According to the Italian publication Calciomercato (via Express), Inter Milan are in discussions with Samir Handanovic to take Onana's spot at the Serie A club next season. This may be a sign that they are open to moving the custodian from Cameroon. In addition, Mauricio Pochettino has already asked the Chelsea board to bring in a top custodian for the coming campaign as the Argentine coach intends to reduce the size of the overcrowded Blues team.

A custodian has been prioritised by the Blues for the next season. Chelsea is reportedly attempting to transfer both Edouard Mendy and Kepa Arrizabalaga in order to make place for a new keeper. And once Pochettino takes over as the club's manager, it is predicted that Todd Boehly and his group would have little influence over choices made about the futures of players.
