Chelsea beats Norwich City 3-1

Within 15 minutes of action, Chelsea enjoyed a two-goal lead over Norwich City, with goals by Trevoh Chalobah and Mason Mount, and Thomas Tuchel's side dominated the show in the first half. The hosts were left searching for opportunities that rarely came their way. Until Chalobah's handball presented Norwich City with an easy opportunity to cut Chelsea’s lead and Teemu Pukki converted from the spot to cut the lead in half.

Norwich faced the same Chelsea that had struck seven goals past Canaries in October, but they stayed far more competitive this time around, hosts almost got their hands on a leveler as well but Blues turned the match around and Kai Havertz’s powerful shot in the top corner. Chelsea would take on Newcastle United on Sunday, next and hope to cement their place in the top four.
