Chelsea defeats Tottenham 1-0

Thomas Tuchel got the better of Jose Mourinho with the 1-0 win in Premier League at Tottenham Hotspur stadium, with the first-half goal by Jorginho's penalty at the 24th minute. After Frank Lampard was replaced by Tuchel, Chelsea has been in better form, with three points to showcase from their last three matches and zero goals conceded. Chelsea dominated Tottenham thrice already since 2012.

Tottenham’s defense lacked edge during the night with Chelsea getting numerous chances on the goal with Callum Hudson-Odoi and Mason Mount taking their turns. Tottenham did make a serious attempt at the goal with the help of striker Carlos Vinicius, filling in for Harry Kane, but he went wide thankfully for Chelsea they climbed sixth on the table with 36 points from 22 matches.
