Chelsea midfielder duo pique Villas interest

Aston Villa expresses their interest in Chelsea midfielder duo Ross Barkley and Ruben Loftus-Cheek. Both the players face endless competition at Stamford Bridge. Chelsea wanted to offload Barkley since last year, many rumors were flying about on that subject and now Loftus-Cheek’s future in Frank Lampard’s team seems bleak. Though Villa would only be allowed to take one player on loan as per the Leagues rules and Villa boss Dean Smith is looking at Barkley to fill that spot. Lampard suggests on likely departures from Chelsea to fix the, now bloated squad and Loftus-Cheek’s inability to perform in a recent match against Brighton, Chelsea has other midfielders to replace him with.
