Chelsea is one of the clubs that seems willing to reach the value of Enzo Fernández's termination clause or even... surpass that 120 million euros. The information is being advanced by the newspaper Record.
The blues had already made a formal offer, with Benfica, even before Christmas, but now they seem willing to reach an amount of around 130 million euros to guarantee the signing of the Argentine midfielder in the winter market, as early as January.
Record recalls that these 130 million are related to the fact that Enzo has to pay Benfica and that entails tax charges.
However, Chelsea are not alone. Also in England, Liverpool is keeping an eye on the situation of the Argentine midfielder. Real Madrid is another interested in the Benfica player.
