Riyad Mahrez has signed a two-year contract extension with Manchester City, which will keep him tied to the English club until June 2025.
The 31-year-old Algerian has been a crucial part of City's recent successes since his arrival in Manchester from Leicester City in the summer of 2018. Since then, Mahrez has helped City win three Premier League titles, as many League Cups, an FA Cup and reached the Champions League final.
To date, he has made 189 appearances for the Cityzens, scoring 63 goals and providing 45 assists. "I'm very happy to be able to sign this new contract," Mahrez said after his renewal.
