CONCACAF held the Nations League draw to determine how the tournament will be played during the FIFA International Break in September.
The six best teams in the region were given byes to avoid playing the first round, where teams from the Caribbean and the lower-ranked nations from Central America were included.
Football's governing body in the region revealed the four groups where top teams like the USA, Mexico, Canada and Costa Rica will be playing. Each group includes three teams, with the winner making it to the Final Four, and the last place of each group relegated to League B.
League B instead is made up of four groups of four teams each where winners will be promoted in League A and last ones will relegate in League C. Finally, as for last League C, groups will be determined at a later date, along with the full schedule of games.
