Cremonese held to a 2-2 draw at Torino

In the Italian top division, no team has ever finished the campaign without at least one win. Only nine of Cremonese's 23 games in their 38-round season have ended in draws. At the conclusion of the first half, Antonio Sanabria converted a penalty kick to give the home team Torino the lead. Nevertheless, Frank Tsadjout equalised nine minutes after halftime, and Emanuele Valeri seemed to have totally changed the game 15 minutes from time.

Four minutes later, though, a goal from substitute Wilfried Singo made it level, preventing Cremonese from winning for the first time in Serie A since the 1995–1996 campaign. Cremonese in last place is 10 points away from safety, while Torino moved up to ninth and is now just one point away from the last qualifying spot for European action.
