The international break saw a lot of star players testing positive for the virus and now Cristiano Ronaldo has become the latest addition to the list by testing positive. Upon confrontation, the Portuguese soccer federation confirmed Ronaldo is doing well with no serious symptoms as of now and would be kept in isolation and would not be a part of the Nations League match with Sweden in Lisbon. The prolific player had played recently against 0-0 draw with France and 0-0 draw with Spain and last month he became the second male soccer player to reach 100 goals behind Iran striker Ali Daei for a national team. This might also mean he will miss Juventus' Serie A match at Crotone.
