Crystal Palace stun champions

One of the biggest shocks of the season as Palace beat the reigning champions. Crystal Palace beat 10- man Manchester City 2-0 with Wilfried Zaha and Conor Gallagher both scoring one goal each. Wilfried Zaha put Champions on the back seat in the 6th minute of the game as he scampered away on a Palace counter-attack, scoring his 50th English Premier League goal for Crystal Palace. Aymeric Laporte was sent off for hauling Zaha down just before the first half.

Manchester City gave a good fight in the second half, they thought they leveled it for their boss on his 200th Premier League game, but Gabriel Jesus' goal was ruled out by VAR as Foden was offside in the build-up.

The result leaves the champions five points behind Chelsea and two points behind Liverpool in third place in the English Premier League.
