Darren Bent thinks Todd Cantwell would be a good signing for Leeds United

The former Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa striker believes that Cantwell would make the current Leeds team better.

According to Football Insider, Leeds are interested in signing the 22-year-old midfielder from Championship club Norwich this summer.

It has been reported that the West Yorkshire club have made a bid of £15 million for the 22-year-old Englishman.

Bent told Football Insider: “I really like Cantwell and it surprises me nobody else has been in for him.

“As a midfielder I really like him, he’s good on the ball, he can create chances, score goals and has got great celebrations. I want to see him back in the Premier League because I think he deserves to be in the Premier League.”
