De Gea: "I can't imagine being away from Manchester United"

David De Gea will meet again, today, the club that formed him, in the duel between Atlético de Madrid and Manchester United, counting for the first leg of the 'eighth' of the Champions League.

Asked about the possibility of returning permanently to his country, the Spanish goalkeeper had no doubts: "I like the fact that I was born in Madrid, but at the end of the day it's just a city. person from here, where I am loved and always welcomed," he said in statements quoted by Sky Sports.

"I've been here for many years and obviously anything can happen in life, more specifically in the world of football, but honestly I can't imagine being far from Manchester United", reinforced the goalkeeper.
