Manchester City has agreed to terms with Erling Haaland and the final move could be confirmed by the end of the week. Haaland would be leaving Borussia Dortmund to join Premier League side Man City triggering a €75 million release clause. Both the parties have since finalized the contract and agreed on personal terms. As per the speculations Haaland is set to join City in a five-year deal. The 21-year-old is set to be the club's top earner earning a whooping £21 million a season.
The young star would be in the same wage bracket as Kevin De Bruyne, Jack Grealish, and Raheem Sterling at Eithad stadium. After his incredible performance at Dortmund with 85 goals in 88 appearances in all competitions, he has most definitely earned the big paycheck. In the current campaign alone he has netted 28 goals.
