Everton Putting their faith in James Rodriguez

James Rodriguez at just 22, had steered Colombia to their first World Cup quarterfinal with just his prowess. Now at 29, the dead star is feeling frustrated in Real Madrid with a bloated squad, the player has not had a chance to shine.

The club has one more lost diamond in their squad- Gareth Bale. Yet, The left-footed attacking midfielder has scored over 100 goals for Madrid but James has failed to perform. He was loaned as well to Bayern Munich which also didn’t work out well.

Madrid hasn’t been able to provide a good platform to the player, maybe Everton can if a deal with Everton will fall through. For starters, Carlo Ancelotti has a lot of faith in the player having seen him in action in Spain and Bayern Munich. They are hopeful with James and Richarlison’s partnership, they could even qualify for Champions League.
