Fiorentina and West Ham to a European final to win Conference League

At the Fortuna Arena, in Prague, Fiorentina are getting ready to live the fifth final in their history, the first since 1990, while West Ham are in a decisive European competition for the third time, something that hasn't happened since the 70s of the last century.

The Italians and the English have won a Cup Winners' Cup in common, an event extinguished by UEFA with its last edition in 1998/99, with the Florence emblem lifting that trophy in 1960/61, while the Londoners in 1964/65.

Fiorentina beat Rangers 4-1 over two games.

Last final in 1989/90, Fiorentina failed to win the UEFA Cup at the expense of Juventus, who added 3-1 in both duels.

West Ham, after beating 1860 Munich 2-0 in 1964/65, returned to the Cup Winners' Cup final in 1975/76, but ended up defeated by Anderlecht (4-2).
