Flick: 'Bayern know Perisic's quality'

Bayern’s €20m option to make their loan deal for Perisic permanent expired on May 15, fuelling suspicions the winger would return to Inter.

However, the 31-year-old scored in a 2-1 win against Eintracht Frankfurt to help the German giants reach the DFB-Pokal Final.

“We know Ivan’s qualities,” Flick said after the game. “He showed them today, like he has on previous occasions. Unfortunately, in the second half of the season, he had a physical problem which affected his condition.”

Perisic has six goals and eight assists in 28 appearances for Bayern this season.
