Fulham was held back by Burnley 1-1

Fulham missed out on the chance to close in on Newcastle United after they were held to a 1-1 draw against Burnley in the Premier League match and they remain on the other side of the table in the relegation zone. Ola Aina scrapped a goal three minutes after the second half which was leveled by Burnley's Ashley Barnes within 3 minutes. While Maja came close to netting in a winner for his side but Nick Pope denied him a chance to score twice, once in the 86th minute.

The last five minutes saw both the teams kick into top gear and Lookman almost made it 2-1 twice, once Loftus-Cheek defended well against him and later his shot went wide. Manager Scott Parker was expecting a win and a winner by Lookman or Maja.
