Getafe’s Unal rescues a draw against Athletic Bilbao

Striker Enes Unal has scored his fourteenth goal in the Spanish association to rescue a 1-1 draw for 10-man Getafe at Athletic Bilbao. Apart from him, only Real Madrid's Karim Benzema with 22 goals has more association goals this season, with Unal currently drawing level with Real Madrid winger Vinicius Junior.

Unal is enjoying a breakout season this time, the Turk had never scored in excess of six league goals in his past four seasons with various groups in Spain. Unal struck three minutes into the match at San Mames Stadium when he hopped higher than Bilbao’s Mikel Vesga and headed Djene Dakonam's cross past Spain goalkeeper Unai Simon. Bilbao left-back Yuri Berchiche leveled in the 29th after he traded fast passes with Inaki Williams and shot the ball past David Soria.
