Giorgi Gocholeishvili on Valencia's agenda

Valencia have shown interest in Saburtalo Tbilisi's Georgian midfielder Giorgi Gocholeishvili, according to the player himself, who told the country's 'Imedi' television channel.

"It's very nice when a giant like Valencia is interested in you," said the Georgia U21 midfielder. The transfer fee for the player would be around 600,000 euros.

Gocholeishvili would be supported by Valencia goalkeeper and compatriot Giorgi Mamardashvili, 22, whose contract was renewed by Valencia in September until June 2027.

Giorgi Gocholeishvili has played 28 games for Saburtalo this season, scoring four goals and providing two assists. A Saburtalo source told 'EFE' that "Gocholeishvili could arrive in Valencia at the end of this year".
