Struggling Granada forced a comeback late in the La Liga match to win 2-1 on Friday. Granada sealed three points from their recent Spanish League fixture as they secured their first home league win of the campaign. Andalucians scored in the last 10 minutes of the match for the three points as they edged out Alaves after Robert Moreno’s side first gained a lead with Antonio Puertas’ beautiful goal.
Joselu and Luis Rioja were both denied a leveler but Luis Abram’s own goal handed Alaves a fighting chance in the second half. Granada but salvaged the match later when Santiago Arias netted the winning goal from a close range to win the match. Next, they face Cadiz in the hopes to exit the relegation zone.
