Griezmann is all set to make his second debut with Atletico

Former Barcelona forward Antoine Griezmann would be making his second debut with the La Liga champions this weekend. Completing the move to Atletico Madrid on deadline day, Griezmann had previously moved from Atleti to Barca for a 120 million euros deal later on Catalan giants then resigned the loan deal for next season. Now moving back to Wanda Metropolitano Stadium. 

Both the Madrid teams are waiting for South American contingents to come back from the World Cup Qualifying international window. Real Madrid would host Celta Vigo while Atleti would take a trip to Espanyol on Sunday as the league resumes after the International break. Currently, Real Madrid leads the table as they enjoy a superior goal difference after Sevilla, Valencia, Barcelona, Atletico, and Mallorca are all tied with seven points.
