Arsenal and Tottenham are being linked to Rennes midfielder Lesley Ugochukwu for a summer move. Both the Premier League clubs would go head to head in their battle to sign the 18-year-old player. The youngster advanced to the Rennes first team this season itself and tried to take over the role left behind by Eduardo Camavinga, who departed for Real Madrid. Arsenal’s scouts have named Ugochukwu as the 'next Patrick Vieira’.
While Spurs are also involved in the race and are planning to make a bid for the player and have the strongest chance to land the player with Borussia Dortmund also emerging as a possible destination for the player. Rennes are not ready to let the player go as they plan on convincing him to stay put at Roazhon Park.
