Tottenham Hotspur pair, whose name has not been released yet would be absent for the Newcastle United matchup at St. James' Park on Sunday. Nuno Espirito Santo’s plan for this weekend has taken a blow as the two players would be absent for a series of matches as they would be put in isolation for 10 days as per the Government's rules.
The duo would also miss the Europa Conference League game against Vitesse Arnhem and the London derby at West Ham. The club is confident though that no other player would have to undergo isolation, this news comes after the Tottenham squad had already taken a hit in the first international break. In September many of its players came back injured and three of their South American players had to be played in 10 days quarantine as they went to Croatia.
