Ibrahimovic: first MLS player to be part of FIFA Team of the Season

Zlatan Ibrahimovic's mission when he came to the United States was to outscore everyone else in the MLS, and he showing that he's well on the way to doing just that. The LA Galaxy captain has become the first MLS player to be included in FIFA 19 Ultimate Team's Team of the Season.

Ibra arrived in the States in March 2018, debuting against crosstown rivals LAFC on 31 March. The former Manchester United player showed his quality and goal-scoring ability right from the start, netting a brace on his debut to hand Galaxy victory.

During his first season, Zlatan scored 20 goals and supplied ten assists, finishing among the top marksmen in the league. Ahead of his second campaign in the MLS, the striker vowed to exceed those figures, as he wants to break every record the league has.
